SRINAGAR: The directorate of admissions and competitive examinations at the University of Kashmir is inviting applications for admission to the four-year B-tech programme.
The available branches are civil engineering (CE), electrical engineering (EE), communication engineering (ECE), mechanical engineering (ME), and computer science and engineering (CSE) at the Institute of Technology, Zakura Campus, Hazratbal, and North Campus, Delina, Baramulla.
The application process is online, and applicants are advised to follow the proper steps for the application process, which are given on the website. The application window will open on June 14, 2023, and will be open until June 24, 2023.
Applicants must have passed their 10+2 from any board or institute with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) subjects with 50 percent marks for the open category and 45 percent marks for the reserved category.
Further, the applicant must have appeared in the JEE Mains examination.
The application fee for the programme is INR 400 in total; applicants need not submit the hard copy but have to retain it with themselves for further reference.
