SRINAGAR: Two people died, and another was injured after a bus was struck by a landslide in Bhanghroo Gandoh village of Doda district on Sunday.
An official stated that the bus was en route from Gawari Gandoh to Jammu when the landslide occurred near Bhanghroo Gandoh.
The official mentioned that three individuals were trapped in the incident, prompting a search and rescue operation.
They were subsequently transported to SDH Gandoh for medical treatment, but sadly, two of them succumbed to their injuries.
The deceased have been identified as Amir Sohail, son of Abdul Qayoom from Kahara, and Mudasir Ali, son of Nissar Ahmed from Halore Changa. (KNO)
