SMC Corporator Booked Under PSA, Shifted To Jammu Jail

Srinagar- Nearly a fortnight after police arrested him on charges of sexual harassment, outraging modesty and online stalking, administration has booked Srinagar Municipal Committee (SMC) Corporator Mohammad Aaqib Renzu under Public Safety Act. Quoting a senior official, news agency GNS reported that the Corporator has been booked vide Deputy Commisioner’s order no DMS -69 -2023 dated 04-10- 2023. He has been shifted to Kotbalwal jail in Jammu, the official added.
