SRINAGAR: In response to suspicious movement near the Line of Control in Poonch district, the army took action by opening fire in the Chakan Da Bagh area, officials stated on Saturday.
According to reports, the army observed the suspicious movement around 2200 hours last night, leading them to engage in small weapons fire in the Gulpur sector.
Following the incident, a search operation was launched by the army in the area. Currently, there are no reports of casualties or injuries. (GNS)
